ECXcavation LLC was founded by Evan Caron, a Northern Michigan excavator with years of hands on experience in the excavation industry. After years of learning the trade, working on job sites, and seeing firsthand what it takes to get the groundwork done right, Evan decided it was time to take that experience and build something of his own.

Alongside Evan is his wife, Madison Caron, who owns and operates her own landscaping business. What started as two separate paths in the trades naturally came together with a shared goal: to build businesses they are proud of and create something they can grow together.

That shared mindset carries into the work we do at ECXcavation LLC. We believe good work starts with solid groundwork. Whether it’s installing a new driveway, correcting drainage issues, preparing a site, or moving some dirt, we approach every project with the same mindset: show up, do the job right, and leave the property better than we found it.
